Warrant issued for my arrest fraught with legal infractions-NAM 1

Chief Executive Officer of defunct MenzGold Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM 1 is contesting a bench warrant issued for his arrest by an Adentan Circuit Court.

He asserts that the warrant issued involves his arbitration in the acquisition of some cars by two parties which has gone wrong and that he was neither the buyer nor seller.

He maintains that “the process through which the verdict was arrived at is fraught with serious legal infractions”.

The Adentan Circuit Court in Accra this week issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah, and two others for allegedly defrauding some people.

The court issued the warrant following the failure of the accused persons to appear in court.

According to the prosecution, which requested the arrest warrant, NAM1 and the two others have declined several Police invitations extended to them.
