Let’s stick to preventive measures to contain COVID-19-GNCCI

The Ghana Chamber of Commerce has commended President Nana Akufo-Addo for the measures in place to deal with the deadly coronavirus.

President of the Chamber Nana Dr. Appiagyei Dankawoso I told Nyankonton Mu Nsem that the directives are ones that would prevent the spread of the virus.

He admonished Ghanaians especially businesses to adhere to the directives to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their staff and customers.

He hinted a delegation from the United States, had arrived for engagement with the Chamber but they have postponed these engagements until further notice.

”I have instructed leaders of the Chamber and members to adhere to the directives. Hospitals have also been asked to put in place measures to prevent the spread,” he added.

He urged all and sundry to put their shoulders to the wheel to help combat the spread of the virus.
