I’ve fulfilled the majority of my campaign promises-Prez
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuf-Addo has expressed strong optimism that Ghanaians will retain him in the December 7, 2020 general elections.
The president says he has been able to fulfill the majority of his campaign promises which his opponents doubted.
Speaking in an interview on Wontumi TV today [Saturday, August 1, 2020, the president said many were those who called him a liar and a deceiver but he has managed to implement several policies to transform the lives of Ghanaians.
According to him, the implementation of the free senior school was one of the policies many thought would be impossible but he has delivered on it.
He indicated he has al;so transformed the agric sector as he promised to.
This year’s election he opined would be based on the record of former President Mahama and that of his [Nana Addo’s] record.
”This year’s election will be about the caparison of the records and not necessarily about the manifestos. Mahama has a record and I also have a record. Secondly, it will be based on the projects the two parties would be implementing when given the opportunity,” he added.
