I’m ready to fight Pacquiao again even if I don’t get $1-Clottey
Ghanaian boxer Joshua Clottey has expressed his preparedness to re-fight Manny Pacquiao to regain his lost glory.
According to him, losing the bout to the boxer was a painful experience he suffered, but he would want an opportunity to reclaim his lost glory.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on Rainbow Sports Joshua, Clottey was optimistic a comeback for him would be successful.
He said as a boxer I had a clean record until I lost to Manny Pacquiao.
He said: even if I don’t get $1 from the bout, I am prepared to fight Manny Pacquiao again.
”I am a proud boxer and because I don’t want people to say negative things about me, I stay out of the media. I am not afraid but I respect myself a lot,” he added.
The famous bout which Manny Pacquiao’s won by a unanimous decision against Joshua Clottey generated 700,000 pay-per-view buys and $35.3 million in domestic television revenue.
The breakdown for Pacquiao-Clottey was 350,000 buys from cable homes, 310,000 from satellite homes and 40,000 from telco homes in 2010.
