FDA introduces a new advertisement statement
The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA)has notified its stakeholders that effective February 1, 2021, it’s advertisement approval statement will change from “This Advertisement has been vetted and approved by the FDA” to “This Advertisement is FDA Approved”.
A statement issued by the Authority said all applicants who wish to advertise their products in the media should take note and make the necessary amendments.
It reminded its stakeholders no product can be advertised without the approval from FDA.
