CJ has given approval for the establishment of court for creative arts-Minister reveals

The Chief Justice Justice Anin-Yeboah has has given approval for the establishment of a specialised High Court to deal with issues related to the arts industry.

According to a statement issued by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Barbara Oteng-Gyasi said her office engaged with the Chief Justice on this and the approval has been granted.

The statement further noted that it is the expectation of government that the court will facilitate the effective and expedition resolution of specific disputes that affect thee creative arts industry.
