Bempah is not a high-risk person, grant him bail-Bishop Amoako
Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako has joined persons who are advocating for Prophet Isaac Owusu Bempah to be granted bail.
The man of God opined that Prophet Bempah is not a high-risk person and must be granted bail.
Bishop Amoako made the appeal arguing that Prophet Bempah’s arrest was unexpected and he[Bempah] was unprepared.
He noted once the investigation is still ongoing, the man of God will avail himself when needed.
”We are appealing to the honourable court to grant him bail. He is not a high-risk person, he will not run away. He is a popular man of God both in Ghana and across the world. He is highly respected in Ghana and abroad, and so, he will not run if granted bail.
He is a member of the Prophetic and Apostolic Council. He is the head of a well-established church, and so granting him bail would not be a problem,” he stressed.
