Ban on sporting activities has affected my Intl tournament-Amankwa

Ghanaian table tennis player Eva Adom Amankwa has expressed her disappointment on the ban on all sporting activities in the country to help fight COVID-19 as directed by the President of the nation.

Speaking in an interview on Rainbow Radio with Isaac Worlanyo Wallace, she stated emphatically that, the ban affected her training schedules, and some of her upcoming tournaments, both local and international.

The athlete went ahead to say that due to this directive by the president of the nation, it has made her team train with a robot indoors and they are not getting the best out of the robot as compared to human beings.

But as a law-abiding citizen, we need to abide by the safety precaution given by the president to help prevent this pandemic in the country and the world as a whole.
