Ghanaian supporters who went to Cameroon to support the senior national team in the ongoing AFCON have expressed their disappointment in the team.
The supporters are said to be in shock over the abysmal performance of the team.
The performance of the team has been described as the worst in our AFCON history.
Speaking on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, Ghana Television’s sports journalist, Michael Okuley disclosed that the supporters want the President to order the Ghana Armed Forces to move to the Airport and line up the players and lash them for their poor performance when they arrive from Cameroon.
He stated that the supporters are distraught, in pain, and moody.
The journalist said the supporters have also slammed Ghana Football Association blaming them for their poor preparation of the team.
He further revealed that the Cameroonians were not happy Ghana lost the opportunity quality for the next stage because they were rooting for the Black Stars.
Michael Okuley said the Nigerian supporters who were at the stadium during the game were also disappointed because they came in their numbers to support Ghana.
