Adwoa Safo swerves Privileges Committee again

The Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo has failed to appear before the Privileges Committee
to answer questions on why she has been absenting herself from the house.

She was referred to the Committee to be probes alongside two other MPs, Kennedy Agyepong and Henry Quartey over the same issue.

The two MPs have attended the Committee but lawyer Safo was yet to appear despite the several opportunities granted her.

The Committee was forced to publish her invitation in the national dailies after efforts to reach her failed.

She was also granted amnesty and an opportunity to be heard via video conferencing but the MP did not avail herself today, July 6, 2022.
