Adapt to new ways of organising church services-Churches advised

Immediate-past chairman of the Pentecost Church Apostle Dr. Stephen Kwame Ntow Amoaning says churches can no longer organise services like they used to do in the past.

The man of God is, therefore, admonishing churches to adopt new approaches in organising services especially with the COVID-19 outbreak in place.

He wants churches to adopt multiple church services as part of the efforts to help contain the spread of the virus.

He said churches must adapt to change, put in place strict measures to help save lives and prevent an escalation of the spread.

The cases he lamented keep increasing daily, hence the need for churches to encourage their members to adhere to the safety protocols.

He said ”we should not take things for granted. The coronavirus is real and the only to contain the spread for the public to adhere to the safety protocols. We must adopt measures when the ban on social gathering is lifted.”

Apostle Dr. Stephen Kwame Ntow maintained the coronavirus has affected the social and economic life of Ghanaians but believes with prayers we will defeat the virus.

But stressed the need for people to observe social distancing, wear their face mask, wash their hands with soap under running water and adhere to the other safety protocols.
