We don’t want mortuaries, we want schools in Zongo Communities-Mahama told

Some Zongo community members at the Ofankor North Assembly have protested against the portion of National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) manifesto that states that they have plans to build mortuaries for the Zongo community when they are voted into power.

Speaking on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, Hon. Humu Dilley Saeed, the Assembly woman for the Ofankor North District vehemently stated that the Zongo community needs Educational facilities and free access to Education and not mortuaries.

She further stated that the members of the Zongo Community are all against the NDC’s intention to build mortuaries for them so they are all rallying behind the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in this year’s election the betterment of the Zongo Community.

Hon. Saeed urges all Zongo’s in the country and all Ghanaians to leave no stone unturned on December 7 to vote for Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo to continue with his, selfless services that he renders to the Zongo Community.

She said ”when visit the zongo communities, the residents keep shouting, we don’t mortuaries we want schools. So I want Ghanaians to go out in the numbers and vote massively for President Akufo-Addo and all our parliamentary candidates”.
