"It was all a prank" - Nana Aba says of stolen pictures

Television personality, Nana Aba Anamoah has apologised for posting apicture of her which suggested she was at a Manchester United footballgame in London last Sunday.The picture happened to belong to another person. But the host of TV3’sNew Day edited the photo and published it, thus angering the owner ofthe actual photo who subsequently released other photos to show that thephotos belonged to him and not Nana Aba.Social media fanatics have since been mocking the TV host by publishingseveral pictures with her edited into them to suggest she has been atseveral locations at different times.Nana Aba has since been mum on social media.But on Thursday, she took to twitter <https://twitter.com/thenanaaba>toexplain why she did that and went further to apologise to her fans.She tweeted, “My intention was not to steal someone’s pictures as mine.Absolutely not,”“It was all meant to be an innocent prank. Sorry to all who got offendedby that joke. I have learnt my lessons. Some jokes are really expensiveindeed.”“Should I have explained earlier? Yes. But I was mourning the loss of mydad in London at the same time. He died 2 weeks ago,” she explained.Nana Aba who is also an ardent fun of Manchester United maintained herunflinching support for the football club saying “my deep passion forMan U remains unchanged.
